  16. No one should be harassing or threatening Brook’s family because it is him that is guilty. He just doesn’t see that everything is his fault that he made the choice to beat his ex girlfriend and then drive through the parade so it is his fault that his family has been targeted. Mind you had procedures been followed and filed properly he would have been locked up for breaching his bail as he was already on bail for second degree reckless endangerment and felony firearm possession on the 2nd November 2021 when he beat and ran over his ex girlfriend, so he should have had his bail revoked at that point and then he wouldn’t have been on the streets to have committed any of the 76 charges.

  26.  @DTTTTTTEEEEEECCCCCHHHHH  it has nothing to do with him telling the truth or not, the prosecution has to prove by their evidence that he did not do it in self defence, if the evidence is not there to prove second degree murder, if there is even the slightest doubt that the prosecution did not prove their case, it doesn’t really matter what you believe about the defendant, there is doubt so by law he is innocent

  28. Sorry but the officer has no choice there is a warrant out for her and she was driving with a suspended licence, which he was not going to charge her with take. Had she not been driving he would not have even checked her out. It was a legitimate stop as the car has no registration.

Brittany broke Russian law, they sentenced her under their law, it was Brittany’s job to make sure she knew what was in her luggage, she is lucky it wasn’t in places like Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, just to name a few, she would have face the death penalty. If you can’t do the time then don’t do the crime. Why is she so special, she broken the law, so now she needs to suck it up. I hope others will take note of this and understand, the laws of each country are different some more so than others, the answer to visiting these countries is not to break their laws
