  3. I agree. We're gonna see something more like 2008-2009, but we WILL see a depression in the late 2020s, ironically. A century after the Great Depression, we see another Great Depression.

  8. Your house has practically no value now compared to when you bought it. But it'll shoot up in value in a few years. Real estate crashes and recoveries are rather predictable, same pattern every 8 or so years.

  10. My prediction is that we're gonna see 2008-2009 levels of inflation. Gas will probably be about $5 a gallon in a couple years. All the other stuff we buy will probably go up as well. As far as a REAL collapse goes, that won't be for about 10-15 years or so. I'll make sure I'm in Southeast Asia by then.

  12. 15 years or so. We'll be like current day Venezuela or the Weimar Republic in the mid 1920s where you get money from the government to buy stuff because practically no one will have jobs.
