  2. I agree, it's a little more than a third of my income. I made about $1500 or so a month before the pandemic hit (can't do Bite Squad anymore until I get a mask and do some repairs on my car). Rent is $550. So yeah, a little more than a third. I mean now I probably make $800 a month now, but I should still be able to afford my rent for a bit.

  3. LMAO how is ANY landlord/management company gonna find a new tenant when the entire nation is under a shelter in place order? We're gonna see A LOT of empty apartments during the summer. I mean I'm good until June but if this drags on I might just move back in with my folks after that. lol
