  2. That's right. Recession already happened a couple years ago. We're coming up on a depression. By 2029 things are going to be EXACTLY like the Great Depression a century ago. Gonna have hyperinflation on steroids and those who have stuff to sell will be in for a BIG reward. Its why I'm planning to buy my first house in the summer and sell it right before 2030 or whenever the hyperinflation begins. I'm guessing by 2032 or so.

  3. Been in Florida most of my life. Bounce between the Panhandle area (Tallahassee, Panama City) and the Tri-County Area (Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade). Never experienced any problems. But then again my lifestyle fits right in with their culture. Although the Miami-Dade area and a bit north of it are pretty bad. As bad as NYC. But the Panhandle is amazing.
