  5. I'm committed to never having a job again for as long as I live. Started freelancing and doing Uber Eats a little under 5 years ago and I haven't looked back. Pretty much ALL organizations who use employees and not contractors say ALL NINE of these things in one way or another. I see this when hunting for gigs on Upwork too. Especially "rockstar." Hate that term to describe work related stuff. Way better to combine side hustles and carve out a living that way. Even if you have a family and stuff.
