11:25 - 11:35 Dr. K pretty much just summarized my entire life. I have a very bad habit of insulting myself and my behavior. Been doing this since I was a kid and although I don't openly dislike myself like back in the day, I definitely get very mad at myself if I don't do what I set out to do.

15:00 I agree. "motivation," "should" and "hope" are used by weak individuals who want outside forces to be perfect before they take any action. All three can be replaced with "discipline," "must," and "will."
