After seeing this, I kinda want to visit there and possibly live there. For I too am nomad as well as a drifter of sorts.

@ct I do kind of agree with that. Slab City would definitely not be a place for anyone to live in the long term. I could see myself probably being there for a few months then moving on. Additionally, forming governments is pretty much human nature. And society CAN function without government, but the population would need to be very very small (like in Slab City). So ideally, for me, I'd rather have one ounce less government than a lot more or none at all. Having a Libertarian president would be a good start.
