  1. Ehh, for me its the opposite. The fear of doing ONE push up wrong keeps me from doing 100. Or 300, or 500, or whatever the goal is for the day. Perfectionism + OCD = NO action and like over 9069% Nihilism. It's pretty much been a full time job for me my whole life.
