  2. 18:00 The narrator is COMPLETELY wrong in this. Back in the 1970s and even to this day, police are associated with pimps, drug lords, and other organized criminals. Many of them pay police (who are pretty underpaid for the "funding" they get) under the table, turning the relationship between police and organized criminals a "dark union" of sorts where most law enforcers are told to keep quiet about organized criminals. No law enforcer would risk going in there and stopping that. Wouldn't happen 50 years ago, not gonna happen today.
