  1. And by eliminating junior roles how will we get intermediate and senior devs. I like having juniors devs around because you can see them get better and grow and then they start to mentor the next group of juniors. You can't just eliminate the juniors.

  2. You are correct. And because of this it can be fooled because it doesn't actually understand the difference between bad code and good code. It can be trolled. And that is exactly what devs should unite and do to protect their livelihoods.

  3. AI alone is not why you should not bother, it's AI plus outsourcing. A software dev in India can use the ever improving AI to spit out the first iteration of the product at pennies on the dollar. Some systems that require security clearance or other in person programming will always exist. But the labor shortage of CS grads is over.
