  1. Stop. Just stop. Stop trying to prop up the corrupt and greed fueled real estate Ponzi scheme. Eliminating the tax is a great idea as long as the price doesn't go up by that exact amount. What is in place to balance supply and real demand and what is in place to prevent corporations from buying up inventory?
