Wah, Wah! "I have been pushed to the ground by someone that I was instigating and insulting". Well, the best thing I can think of is to shoot and kill the guy. How the fuck do people justify this? It's basically a license to kill. You can just take your gun, walk around and piss people off for whatever reason and the moment they react against you, you can shoot them in the face. How do people not understand why this an incredibly stupid law that needs to be looked at with some serious scrutiny?

Yeah, they totally got it backwards. It doesn't really change things, I have been pushed to the ground in Middle School, but never shot and killed anyone as a result and without repercussions.

@darkironsides So you're advocating for a world where armed people can walk around and do whatever they want to anyone, insult them, badger them, call them whatever racist name they want. insult and threaten their wife and children however they want, get in their way and aggressively object to whatever it is the unarmed is doing and if any protest by touching you, you are justified in just shooting them in the face, regardless of the level of protest? Jose Ureste If you follow the whole story, the shooter was the asshole. And as I have stated, he never would have had the balls to do and say what he did if he wasn't armed. He was just a coward with a gun.

Sock Cucka There was completely contradicting evidence that Zimmerman was having his head bashed in. That was simply what the prosecution put forward. But the actual evidence of that was never "Proven". It was simply their defense. All of the eye witnesses said they couldn't really tell who was who and who was on top and who wasn't. It makes sense that Zimmerman would have scratches on his head, but he had nothing consistent with his head being bashed against the sidewalk with live threatening aggression. The bottom line is Zimmerman initiated and started the interaction One he would never have done if he wasn't armed, and when he realized he was outmatched he used his gun to shoot a kid (Pussy). This never would have happened if the coward Zimmerman didn't have a gun. The only reason he had the courage to approach the Kid was because he had a gun. Remove the gun from this situation and 1 Life is not ended and 2 lives are not ruined. This is so obvious.

The Video shows the MAN who pushed the coward to the ground backing up before being shot and killed. Pretty hard to argue self defense when your attacker is backing up. (even if he pulled up his pants, as he did even before pushing the pussy with a gun to the ground). The question is, would this guy be dead if the other guy didn't have a gun? Answer...No, at worst he would have been pushed to the ground and yelled out. That is not justification for killing a person and to my shock, even Florida agrees with me.

@blakejameson1114 "What would have happened if it wasn't armed" - I would argue NOTHING AT ALL, because A, he never would have had the balls to do what he did without having the gun and B, even if he did, it would have ended with a simple shove to the ground. There is no evidence to suggest the Black Guy was going to go beyond the show and certainly not evidence he was about to kill the coward. If you believe that, you are extremely paranoid of black people.

@vilecrocodile9171 Maybe he was assaulted, in a very mild fashion, however, murder is not a proportional response to being pushed to the ground. In the Video I posted, you can clearly see the guy pushes the crybaby to the ground, and then backs up. As he backs up, the crybaby shoots him for no reason with no imminent threat presented against him. How that is at not least homicide I do not know. I suspect if their races were reversed so would the outcome and charges.

@Willym_Atl Let's not forget the shooter NEVER would have had the balls to do what he did if he wasn't armed. His right to carry a gun led to the murder of an innocent man. In fact, he had been previously seen arguing with people over that parking spot. He was just an armed wimp waiting for someone to stand up to him so he could shot them. At least the Jury was smart enough to see what was really going on.
