  1.  @choncha23  I think that was his point. Either way, that's not the issue. The issue is when people are suggesting it was 'Weaponized" they are suggesting it was intentional. There is a big difference from a sloppy lab letting a virus with no vaccine leak because of loose control vs intentionally leaking it. The CDC has Viruses on site that have no cure or vaccine. The hope is, that through proper measures and security none leak out. If that's what happened it China, it doesn't in any way suggest some kind of conspiracy or weaponizing, rather it just shows incompetence.
