The footage I have seen of them getting up looks perfectly reasonable for 1/6th gravity. If the guy was 180lbs that's like a grown man (Fit and trained) lifting 30lbs and not 30lbs of dead weight, but 30lbs that is helping you out. I saw the video they are talking about but didn't show in this one (where the guy pops up) It's clear Joe doesn't realize the other guy is holding the far hand of the other guy, so he doesn't just magically pop up like being pulled up on a wire. He has 3 points of contact, not just his legs.
