  1. What bothers me the most is that some Japanese people focus way too much on this issue, when they shouldn't. Separating somebody based on nationality, based on his accent, on his looks, that's not a good thing. This is a problem that Japanese society needs to eventually accept is a big flaw, cause here's the thing: it doesn't apply only to foreigners, they apply it to anyone that is a bit different. I've never lived in Japan, the stories I hear of the bullying are next level and let's not forget the suicide rates and more importantly why people kill themselves. Here's the crucial question to ask: why not be a bit more accepting of people? Why not be a bit nicer to people? Is it really that much to ask? The word "foreigner" is not used too much in the West because it has a nearly automatic negatif conotation.
