  1. Berserk is a noteworthy manga, it's inspired several award winning mangas, it's just went somewhere no other manga went before, mixing extreme viollence & pornography with an exceptional story. A lot of people in the world view this as an exceptional manga, some (me amongst them) call this their favorite manga, when you've read you don't argue with that status. The artwork is mindblowing, it's incredibly detailed, it takes twice at long to drawn than normal manga (a normal manga takes about a week, berserk takes 2 weeks minimum) Another great aspect of this manga is how much it mixes with western culture, as it's essentially a knights tale gone japanese lvl crazy. It's a great fantasy work with vast detailed lore. There's several fantasy branches, some a good, but only a few rare ones are excellent, like the work ofTolkien. Beserk is one of those exceptional pieces, it's truly special.
