  5.  @farleygibbs6320  Joe takes supplements, he gets testosterone too, so what? What 1 person does is relevant why? It's anecdotal and it's completely irrelevant, Joe can do whatever he wants. "Everybody takes supplements", ok based on what hard evidence do you say that? None. I don't get why it's ok to repeat generlised statement without any evidence, I guess you don't like hard evidence. Now even IF it was true, how exactly would you even prove this? Not all cows get supplements, that's another generalised baseless statement. You talk about USA like it's the only country in the world, I don't even live in the USA, we got a much different quality in food in Belgium and we have very different food regulations. Belgium has one of the best laws when it comes to animals (not perfect but still better most countries in the world), as for crops, they're small yields, as the country is very small, our grains and local crops are high quality stuff. I've had my blood tested over the years, it's always more than fine, I'm slowly heading towards my 40ies, I've only had 1 minor surgery done on me so far, my wisdom teeth, otherwise never had any problems. I've never broken any bones either. BTW that whole B-12 rant on it coming from the soil and from water, it's not proven, yet he kept repeating it. As for an even bigger question, is meat bad for you? Why? Nearly 4 hours later and Wilks didn't have any hard evidence, to be more accurate there is not much hard evidence to give on that subject, yet Vegans act as if there is. The same logic was used to say gladiators eat vegan while there really isn't hard evidence to prove that either, on the contrary, the same study James used got new info published later on (you can look this up), the same people admitted there was meat in their diet after all. Oh and BTW recently James Wilks wife posted pictures of her shopping cart recently and long story short, his family eats absolute crap processed foods. Considering how hard he defends the vegan diet and how much he insists going vegan is more healthy, he should lead by example, yet his family eats crappy food. His wife deleted the pictures from her instagram later on, but people took screens and you can find them online. You know why this was one of the worst JRE ever? Because James was such an asshole, he did a terrible job of defending his point of view, not to mention he got some of the facts wrong, while he just ignored some of the debunking because it's correct. Too bad for him, he would have been a lot more convincing if he had been polite and had come to convince only with facts and not with rudeness ,aggressivity and personal attacks on Chris. Recently I listened to a couple of videos of this guy called Earthling Ed, now that's a vegan that's convincing, he was reasonable and well mannered, that's how you convince people. The reaction of the vegan community really disappointing and showed me how toxic it is, Wilks attitude was the complete opposite of civil, he is just a bully, but that was celebrated, very stupid move. Vegan don't need any more convincing, non vegans do and with this attitude, the only thing James Wilks achieved with his podcast is portray all vegans like assholes. How many people listen to the JRE, only some of the vegans thought this was a good one, when it was in fact one of the worst. One thing I've noticed and many other people have noticed as well: James Wilks does not know how to evaluate scientific evidence. If the Game changers ever gets a full series or a second movie they should 100% replace James, he is such a toxic person.
