@StPiter111 I’ve been there but I doubt I will come back. Chinese are plentiful but do they spend as much as the European tourists did? I think not. I suspect they are quite cheap

Engineer here. What flows through this pipe? If it’s refined oil, the refinery may have a date with a Ukrainian drone at some point.

@peteduch2151 I like gas that doesn’t finance russian warfare. It is well worth the extra cost and we should move toward renewable energy anyway.

⁠ @Infopirates Tourism has plummeted by ~96% according to Wikipedia. It used to beone of the world’s most visited countries. Most of the other stuff is sanctioned and russia will not get full price

@StPiter111 may be but they don’t buy these things in russia, do they? And they are more likely to spend time in Dubai or Europe than russia. However, the Chinese have found an outlet for their cars in russia and I doubt these are good even if they look modern. It seems they get the better part of this newfound friendship
