  2. I do not use either. I prefer the astronomical calendar which uses -/0/+ instead. 0 is 1BC -1 Is 2BC. you get the idea. If I have to use one though I do prefer BC/AD because that is what I am used to. I am a Roman pagan. If people want to use the BCE/CE system I am alright with that because I do know what they are taking about. The reason I like the astronomical calendar is because of the year 0. If there is a year 0 it works mathematically with the leap years. It also justifies the decades starting when the year ends in a 0.
