  3. Although I would not blame the parents or Instagram. Parents need to monitor all social media accounts. There are plenty of predators on Instagram. Today you have to monitor any computer use any phone use any tablet use Etc. She could have easily gone on to YouTube as well to find suicide videos self-harm videos. All that stuff is out there on the internet it's not just about Instagram. Today. Is he have to really be on top of things with their kids how they feel if they're having problems at school talk to them about their daily lives let them know that they can talk to them. It's a terrible tragedy. Just my opinion!
