  1. She demanded trial and certain papers/evidence wasn't turned over in a timely way so the death penalty had to be taken off the table. Besides death penalty is automatic appeals with countless court hearings dragging the victims families through the nightmare multiple years. She's going to get beat at the least in prison. This is such a high profile case that there's most likely a prisoner will get to her. HOPEFULLY!!!
