  1. Very sad and nothing like this should happen. That being said 9 year old shouldn't have a TIK TOK account. Also this blackout thing is an old trend anyway. And WHY are they going to sue TIK TOK? They are the parents who should be monitoring their children's social media if they choose to let them have any social media accounts. Same goes for bad behavior from children whose parents aren't paying attention to what bad behavior their kids are getting into. Same thing different results. I'm sorry for them that they lost their child. They're playing the blame game like parents do these days
