  1. I am one of those who don't have imposter syndrome. I feel undervalued. Because of my personal issues, I changed my jobs a few times, it was hard to build my reputation in a company and get promotion, and I am not good at negotiation. I have been senior eng for quite a few years now and definitely don't want to stay as one forever like many in our industry. Do you have any suggestion in how to build personal connections, reputations, gaining cross team experience and negotiation for promotion?
