  1. They need to have a better criteria for managers. A bad manager can do a lot of damage to the team members, or the company. It's also very hard to get that feedback.

  2. You think any company gives a shit other than amazon? This is the world we live in. He gives great advice on how to live in this cold world and if you cannot adapt, then you are not gonna survive. Simple as that.

  4.  @aadityakiran_s  They are all like that. Some of them do in a milder way and give you some candies after, and some other do in a bad way. Obviously we don’t like that but its a matter of what you can tolerate and what you get from that
