Ah some classic abuse on there, at times on certain repeaters the language and the people using it were worse than the folks on CB, as CB died off most of the kids and idiots went with it and you were left with people who really needed to use it like business people farmers, off roaders and enthusiasts, we all got in to ham radio to try and get away from it but many of us found it was still there, and it didnt take much for even some mature A licence ops as they were back then to just flip under even a tiny bit of abuse and start effing and jeffing and threaten to throttle folks a common tactic used when giving it the old come round my house, my address is etc was to give the address of some other ham you didnt like, to say some acted like children was an insult to most children. There still is a lot a hell of a lot of snobbery in Ham Radio sadly, bit of a golf/tennis club mentality, hardly a very good way to encourage new people in the hobby. Great video as usual mate.
