Thats interesting, I dont remember the name or the brand, my first phone I got was in 1994 and that was a motorola flip through a big company that was based here in Banbury called Talkland I got it through a very good friend who worked there, it was a big local employer, the company was of course bought by vodafone, there were some big ass phones about at that time, me and Debbie were watching a show the other night where someone was using a payphone and I asked myself when I last used a payphone and it was before 1994, I guess thats why you dont see payphones, although arguably we still use pay phones its just they are in our pockets now and not some piss filled phone box and we pay much much more than the occasional 10 pence that we used to, in fact we used to use payphones without even paying but thats another story.
