I think work like yours is needed in Ukraine right now actually. If you have a list of the things you can do then I'd recommend trying to go along to your nearest Ukrainian embassy as soon as you are able or calling there number and ask to volunteer for any services they need. If you cannot go right now though (which would be great if you could as it could make all the difference for some) then you skill set will be much wanted after the war is over and reconstruction in many areas increases.
