  1. Let us hope this eventuality can indeed have an impact on Russia. This has been coming for a looot time now but really need it to help cat rushes income ASAP, so definitely only cutting it by about 3 or $4 isn’t much. Cutting it to 30 as Ukraine’s office said would make a lot more sense, but considering it would make a lot of people suffer as well potentially, it would be very hard to make all G-7 countries agree, this price cap will have to do for now.
