2:00 Looks like Japan really does have more disposable income in the house price in income ratio. It's hard to believe considering the housing prices in the big cities like Tokyo, but I guess with the hours they work it would make sense I guess that they would be able to store up more money on the side without having a lot of time to spend it, unless you where in a better working hours to free time off hours job. No wonder though that Canadians are wanting to get out of their own country though at these prices. It's good in the UK for disposable income, but when it comes to house prices by comparison to what it usually on offer, Japan really does look like a more tempting offer, especially when you look it the 'frankly' really nice houses outside of the busier towns and cities.
