What am I little bit concerned about is this. If this report is so scathing and important, why the hell wasn’t it included in the other investigations and fines until now? I don’t see why this for some reason was being held back by someone until after the investigations were closed. In all honesty feels a little bit suspicious. It feels like either somebody was holding it back in order to be thrown at the current parties face to make them look bad all over again therefore to increase public dissatisfaction, or they simply thought that there wouldn’t be any need for it and they would get their way anyway, so now they felt they had no choice but to release this additional information that they previously had back.
