  1. I know that what they have said will not stop the violence entirely, but perhaps in them coming forward, it can stop some of this from happening. Either by some people seeing sense and switching sides earlier, the villages preparing for a similar altercation with the military. We really do need to be helping somehow here. It’s appalling we didn’t get involved from the beginning. Surely we should’ve used what we learned from Ukraine and applied it to this by now. Same for Hong Kong. Don’t forget, “all it takes for evil to prevail, is for good men to do nothing.”
