Absolutely the biggest congratulations to Her Majesty on this truly wonderful and historic milestone. She has done nothing but brought honour and duty to this country, far more anyone else had for a very long time and may not do so again for a while after. Thank you as well to Her Majesty for bestowing this honour on her daughter in-law for the title she will have when Charles becomes King someday. For however long it may be your majesty, we will continue to remain you loyal and faithful subjects.

It feels like she has always though been able to create a good balance with it all, and did so very well within only a relatively short amount of time really considering just how much changed within a few decades of her ascending to the thrown. Long live the Queen.

She will probably remain to grieve for the rest of her life, but she can at least have the solace that we as a nation and her family will remain here to support her going forward. Some may not understand the idea of a constitutional monarchy, but it just seems to add to what makes each nation that has them special. They are the true face of the nation as a people and it’s been working a heck of a lot longer than even the longest democracies out there. So it just feels like it as definitely a balance that is totally worth it.

I’ve always liked Camila really. I guess it’s because I wasn’t born until 1995 so all I’ve ever known her is as the wife of Prince Charles and a great contributor to the country. I can only imagine really, what history would’ve been like if they had gotten married together from the very beginning, before any of ‘that’ happened. Can’t change the past, but both of them are wonderfully looking to the future and are doing a good job of trying to make sure there is a future for all of us as well as best they can.

@Martial-Mat There’s nothing wrong here. It’s just some like it and others don’t. There’s no point fighting if there’s nothing worth fighting about. If you try and fight openly again something that the rest of the nation has decided otherwise, then you will just eventually become an extremist or worse. Like was said before. If you can’t live with it, them move away.

They probably said the same thing as well for when Queen Victoria left this mortal realm. She ‘also’ gave soooo much to this country during that great time of seemingly never ending change with her husband by her side and continued to rule strongly after his passing. The only difference now though, is that our Queen today actually has people who are truly well adjusted emotions and can help her in all honesty going forward.

@liamgross7217 Yeah that’s what I’ve always thought. The only benefit with Diana really is that we got the woooonderful William out of it. The world is a better place with him in it. Of course though, Camila was already engaged to someone else while she was ‘sort of’ going out with Charles, so it wouldn’t have made a difference sadly if the Queen had allowed him to propose to her or not. Sooo many variables…so many things to consider that could’ve taken history in COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS.

Thank you soooo much for your kind words. India may no longer be a part of the British Empire, but will forever be one of the very greatest gems in the crown of what made it so great and the Commonwealth to this day. We hope that we can continue to give to each other’s countries going forward. ❤️🇮🇳from🇬🇧🤲🏻 🌍

Long may it last in this beautiful green and pleasant land of ours and all nations that fly under the flag as our overseas territories and the Commonwealth.
