  2. Well that is true to an extent. We as humans introduce things into the environment that are not natural so even in 1000 years, if we do actually go extinct, the planet will probably be more screwed up than it would be if it was just a natural disaster. Plus it’s better we actually try and fix things to make sure creatures and plants don’t go extinct in the interim that we drag down with us before we go extinct.
