  1. And as a result, none of us in the UK can really reasonably afford tickets anymore. Even to a lot of the smaller festivals or ones that were once considered accessible only a few short years ago. Summer plans for the vast majority of us, completely up ended, unless we are prepared to spend the equivalent of a ‘reasonably priced phone’ for just ‘one ticket’. THIS IS INSANITY. This is also massively caused by only a few companies buying up the ownerships to a huge amount of internationally recognised UK festivals and hiking up the prices, seeing them as another big cash grab. As a result, these festivals are all about the few big headliners and the up and comers just aren’t able to make it there anymore that people are trying to just as much as the big stage stars.😞 It’s all being ruined.

  2. True. Although honestly Glastonbury is probably still quite a bit of an international draw. It’s known around the world.
