I agree. It’s good to press the boundaries but at the very least have redundancies. Even SpaceX knows this. This thing appears to be ludicrously simple, even though it uses newer technology and doesn’t seem to have any redundancies or additional safety features. If this company is to survive, which I don’t think it will after this, they will have to massively redesign their subs from the ground up. And next time, ‘have a bloody cable attached’.
