Guess that’s one of the big contrasting differences between Europe and a place like Afghanistan. We always try to make sure the everyday things can somehow keep running. Essential services are always needed after all.

Thank you for your kind words.

Bloody hell those vehicles are only just over 5 miles away from the Capitol building. Dear God that is way too close. If they don’t put up an absolutely massive front against the Russians here they will capture full control of the city probably within two days. For fuck‘s sake we need to do something. This is MC horrific. Hong Kong was bad enough but this is right on our doorstep. What the fuck is it going to take for us to actually bloody well do something beyond just meaningless sanctions. They aren’t going to stop bullets flying through the air. At least during all of this the Ukrainians have truly given it an absolutely massive go.They’ve taken out so many armoured vehicles and Russian personnel as well as that large aircraft that was downed last night. Still would be interesting to know exactly what that one was. Don’t surrender Ukraine just yet. It is never worth it. WE BELIEVE IN YOU. You truly have the strength to carry on, probably more so than we do today. You hold within you the spirit we once had, all those decades ago.

@jackbrazdavlogs153 I was born in the UK and have no connection to Ukraine but if I could get over there I would fight alongside them. Our governments may not be willing to go as a unified force to fight the Russians, but individually many of us wish to. I can only imagine how many it would be if we were all allowed to go as an independent force.

Yeah, like striking at Putin first. If we had known this was coming anyway we might as well have been the 1st to attack instead. Now that definitely would’ve caught them off guard.

@tataynanay9213 You know what, I believe the same. If all civilians that she had the morale and resolve inside to go out and stand against the soldiers, I think they would actually be able to stop them just as much if not more so than any soldier. Ironically, it might actually be easier than dealing with police. Soldiers are trained after all to kill other soldiers, not fight and beat up civilians. Even Russian ones. At least not as much. If all civilians around the world could actually be willing to sacrifice their own lives even if it meant running into the bullets, there would be no dictators.

Unfortunately none of them are safe, but all we can do now is hope that some make it out alive and eventually do not have to live under the thumb of Putin as a puppet state.
