So I very much doubt how it will be able to help in terms of larger reconstruction in the city. At best it will be good for food and medical supplies, and perhaps some temporary tent housing.

  2. I think we should really do it instead of handing the money, simply hand them a giant missile. A missile heading straight for their main parliament building and kill every last one of the corrupt politicians in one foul swoop. They are better off without them. Time time start from scratch.

  3. Perhaps it’s time for it to become a French colony for a short time again. Perhaps they can help to get the country back on its feet and both peoples can benefit from this. Much like with Britain and Hong Kong. Although that one but involve a lot more fighting than Beirut.
