  1. In all fairness, I think this was the right step forward, whether you agree with the fighting in Gaza or not. Religious groups like this, as they’re also Jewish, shouldn’t be allowed to be exempt from military service. Especially now that they aren’t exactly what you could call a protected minority anymore.
