  1. It just goes to show really how backwards Japan still is despite having advanced in many ways in previous decades leading up to the 1990s. And now they are desperately still trying to take advantage in any small way they still can to continue to small minded traditions that the younger generation do not want.

Honestly, when I see shit like this happening, it makes me wish that my country would just SNAP and grow a moral backbone for once, and we just deploy the Royal Navy to blast the ships out of the water. Both Icelandic, and down in the Pacific against Japanese boats. It’s just insane that we actually allow this to happen. If they call it a great area hunt whales, then we should call it a great area when we sink their boats.
