  1. That is absolutely horrific. What is the size of the development you are working on right now? Charging that much when they know the occupancy level is going to be that low (%8) is absolutely horrific. I know it’s supposed to be all about profit really to the shareholders, but there has to be a fricking limit. It is too disgusting. I mean, these people are supposed to be, you know, people right? Actual human beings? Where is the line. Surely we crossed it over 10 years ago.
