  1. It was incredibly gutsy but was definitely necessary earlier on. Eventually of course they weren’t able to keep running them anymore as it got too dangerous, but was impossibly valuable in the early stages of the encirclement of Azovstal. I just hope now that Ukraine and the rest of the international community can help to get as many of the soldiers back alive from Russian captivity ASAP. Over 100 have apparently been released in a huge group yesterday, mostly comprising the wounded, so we’ve just got to hope now that eventually the rest can be freed, including the generals and senior officers.
