  7. We have seen plenty of destroyed vehicles and damaged streets so far in Ukraine. We are numb to it just yet, but this image here of all of them together in one spot and everything just seem to have that horrible grunge effect of time weighing down on these old vehicles and structures, really gives a feeling of now being in the pits of hell. It feels exactly like how it must’ve been in the east of Europe in the Second World War. I only this time more like an apocalypse we have been talking about for decades that we thought might truly be averted. We aren’t quite there just yet, but a small bubble of it is happening in the country of Ukraine right now. War has now actually returned to our European shores, and it is still up to all of us to make sure that it does not move any further. We must not let the mistakes and the events of the past occur again. The world cannot afford it. All of us, across the whole planet stand with the people of Ukraine, for your mission is a just one. You must fight no matter what, and we will endeavour to fight with you. Either alongside you on the battlefield or sharing your message as far as possible to make sure you get everything you need. Slava Ukraine 🇬🇧🇺🇦

  9. phiksit Yeah that’s true. Although usually they do that kind of thing is in the convenient and safe location of a dry dock. They’ll want to remove any valuable and/or potentially environmentally damaging materials from ship as well as cleaning it before thinking about sinking it.

AAAAAAH And to think, some of us, including myself, actually thought they’d be able to prevent it doing this. At least they were able to get the rest of the oil out of the tanks before it happened. With any luck the forward 2/3 of the ship can become something of a natural reef when they tow it out to deeper waters so it can sink
