  3. This was a really good piece of concise journalism here. It felt overall a lot more like a BBC video than anything else. Not just because the particular journalist interviewer here is British. ABC News should definitely do this more often. This is some great work by the restorers here. I hope they’ll eventually give step-by-step updates on sites like Facebook and Twitter about their progress. That usually helps to ease a lot of peoples worries and could get a lot more people involved in the restoration including funding if necessary.

  5. Yeah, I think people just got tired of complaining eventually, realising it was going to be worth it in the end either way. Plus, more important things came along to complain about as we all know. Those kind of people are eventually forgotten by history either way thankfully.
