Yeah that is quite disturbing. That is why we have books and the ‘Internet’. You know, to actually tell us about events, places and people before our time. I.e., history. I’ve never noticed this kind of problem among my fellow peers in the UK, but I have noticed unfortunately many people at university who had immigrated to the UK many years beforehand, being asked many study questions and just coming up with an excuse saying they have no knowledge of this stuff whatsoever. Many of them feel like plainly obvious questions that feel screamingly relevant and important, but many of them have not bothered to learn them because they are most the time only interested in staying within their own cultural bubbles. It’s rather upsetting to say the least. However they actually still have a cultural excuse to know more about their own they had before they moved to the country. These American people who don’t even know the answer to the most basic of questions that even us in the rest of the world could answer, is impossibly disturbing.

Yeah I’m in the UK and it was easy to know the answer to all these questions in a second, yet for some reason all of these random people either came up with ignorant bullshit excuses that feels so self absorbed or hypocritical or simply the biggest lack of intelligence and knowledge I have ever seen. Especially as this was recorded in such a multiculturally mixed cities such as New York. I can’t imagine any of us in the UK having a hard time answering these questions, so how on earth are ‘they struggling’?

@u6uggg6hguiuggy It sure does. Even when I was 1412 years ago, we definitely had a vast amount of knowledge always being stuffed into a brains about a huge variety of subjects areas which were all compiled throughout each day of school and it doesn’t seem to have changed all these years later. We had a large number of information being put into us from the US as well both from average knowledge on the Internet and TV and we’ve actually retained a huge number of it. Yes for some reason this doesn’t seem to be the case in the US where all the information is coming from. It’s very disturbing and quite frankly infuriating to say the least.

Yeah, it is very sad. I guess they compensate more and more with laughter to get over the sadness that they don’t know these answers. I don’t think many of them seem to grasp the fact that what they are doing is so utterly appallingly heartbreaking not to know these questions that should be the most standard ever. Not simply for people who live in America but anyone who is alive. These people are some of the most humiliating I have ever seen and there seem to be just so many of them across so many videos of Americans answering questions. I know we shouldn’t judge our friends based on intelligence all the information they have, but if I had a choice, I’m sorry, but I really just couldn’t bear to be around people like this. I just have a limit, and it’s this.

@veritorossi I Couldn’t agree more. When I was in school, even though it was probably at the base level, I learned basically the whole extent of British history as well as our connections to the Roman Empire as well as France, Germany as well as all of the major conflicts in world wars. It’s absolutely horrific to say the least that these Americans don’t seem to even remember or even knew AT ALL the most basic level of history and geography within their own country, let alone the rest of the world which you would think would be so incredibly important to their national education. Of course, this isn’t purely down to just intelligence, but unfortunately the schooling system in the US which you and I both know has massively let them down. Who knows how different it could be if more general citizens over in the US had even a basic South American, let alone a European standard of education. The country could be so much better off.😞

@blurglide I’d probably slap or punch a few of them in the face after answering some of these questions. I just couldn’t bear it.

@DavidSmith-ku8kw We in Europe have really got to start reinforcing history, geography and knowledge base calculations even more than we already do to make sure we don’t go down the same route as America.

That was one of the most disturbing videos of American average knowledge I’ve ever seen. Especially that African-American shop near the end. How can you honestly not have known with a previous president before Trump was? Saying he doesn’t really feed into presidents and he’s on his own spiritual journey. What a load of bullshit. How can you not possibly know about Barack Obama, the first ever African-American president in history of the United States who stopped being president in 2016. If you want he don’t know that then you need to be put down. I’m sorry, but there really is something wrong with your country. I’m in Britain and we know quite easily off the top of our head the answers to all of these questions. They feel so plainly obvious yet for some reason these people are struggling with the most basic of questions. Even 3×3×3 !? 27. ARE YOU F%€£ING KIDDING MEEE.😨😰🤮 These people literally are perfect candidate examples for why so many people in the world who have a below average index of knowledge (when access to such knowledge has been available since they were bloody eell born even without going to school) or intelligence should be sterilised. How on earth do we ever expect further humanity when we have people like this walking about.😩 America, your schools really are just daycare centres. Stop trying to satisfy all these people to keep them in line and happy and actually damn well teach them something.

@𝓒𝓱𝓾𝓾𝔂𝓪 𝓝𝓪𝓴𝓪𝓱𝓪𝓻𝓪 No, it’s not even that. It’s a plutocracy.
2
Yep, although it seems to have spread even more so to the US.
2
Yes, just like diabetes, America is ahead of the curve. We need to stop it from spreading too far from over there to other countries or we are all doooomed.
1
Yeah now that would be a very good side-by-side comparison.

My brain is just struggling to comprehend how people cannot get these answers. I am legitimately getting a brain melting headache just hearing them. America, how many of these people even allowed to live. Why wasn’t mass sterilisation made if not for these exact people with intelligence the slow. I’ve just got to hope that it’s just start your schooling system has let you down. I legitimately started to just tell myself that these people are simply actors pulling the questionnaire persons leg, because there is no legitimate way that people could get these answers wrong. I mean, one chap literally asked for a compass was. I swear to all that is right that I would give the guy another chance to answer what a compass was and if you didn’t get it right in three seconds I would just punch him in the face. Because I am not going to feel sorry towards a person for doing that for being that dumb. America, you can just float off the edge of the world please. Although based on these answers, it sounds like you already did.🤮😩

The level of intelligence and knowledge among all of these people questioned is so scary. Especially also the bullshit coming out of the mouth of that one particular African-American chap. Being on his so-called ‘spiritual journey’ when he doesn’t even know the name of the first ever African-American president who stopped being president in ‘2016’, JUST SIX YEARS AGO.

I hear that. I honestly can’t think of a single person from any of the schools I went to from when I was even 14 onwards who couldn’t answer any of these questions. These questions are so bloody obvious yet these people can’t seem to even somehow understand some of the questions themselves or even have the confidence to answer. And when they don’t know they just laugh it off as if they think it’s some kind of a joke. This is a joke, this is incredibly concerning of the highest level. No wonder the US is going down the tube even more than it was decades ago. Thank goodness the rest of the civilised world has seen this and is making sure it doesn’t do the same thing.

Yep. Perfect little ignorant bubble is perfect for manipulation. I am so 100% glad I do not live in the US. Being around these kinds of people for even an hour would make me want to blow my brains out. Which it seems like in America wouldn’t be that hard with all the guns. 😞
