  2. Totally. It’s only cannabis for goodness sake. It feels like a crime if anything to be throwing on the street and possibly getting it damp. I mean, cigarettes have tar in them so I don’t really want to be adding that to cannabis as well from tarmac. LOL. In all honesty though the stuff is probably still completely fine to use if treated properly before using.
