  2. I couldn’t agree more there. At least 300k in my mind for the world we’re currently in now makes the most sense. Conscription sadly, seems like the only real option at this point. Or at the very least mandatory military service for over 18s for two years like they do in Korea. I think this would be the best option realistically for now. The only problem and difference is that, because of our population size and lack sadly of enough military bases now,😞 we would have to be selective of those we choose to bring in for the two years training.

  3. @ I definitely agree with you there. We could do it. I’m just basing my previous comment on the general populations lack of commitment these days sadly towards the military and their sense of true Britishness (mainly such as those people who sadly say they would never fight to defend the country as it is now), and the government ever constantly dragging their feet to actually commit to expanding anything within the military. That’s why I believe that my previous statement is the most likely to succeed over just convincing 350k people to enlist or just be regularly conscripted without a massive backlash from the more ignorant or cowardly in the population. Hopefully for spending in the defence industry, this indeed will start to happen in a more realistic way (in other words more bang for our buck) unlike it has been for the past 15 years, thanks now too the events transpiring in Eastern Europe.
