@lliza444 That’s the problem, we are absolutely paralysed. We can’t go in as a total force because they still haven’t gone into a NATO alliance territory. We’d only be able to really go in as individual nations and that would definitely not be able to defeat the Russian army on its own. Ukraine’s only option now is to join NATO as soon as possible.

It really is happening now people. Bloody hell. It was at about 4:50 am in the UK when I heard the news and was keeping up-to-date with it for about an hour. I made the most to get back to sleep at all after that. This is quite horrific to witness. We need to do more than just sanctions now. They will do absolutely nothing to stop this. All of our hearts in the UK and everywhere else go out to Ukraine and we will try and do everything we can to force our leaders to act.
