  1. We still to this day do not hear much about the Burma campaign. There are even very few war films set in that location. Probably because it feels so much more harrowing and horrific than what happened in Europe at the time for the soldiers, not just that filming out there would be very hard to do. Still though, I do believe we need to give it more of a try. The Railway Man is a great example of this. We cannot allow it to become the truly forgotten war.
