Yes that would definitely be a lie on the Russian side because the US and other allies are unfortunately not able to fly equipment directly into Ukraine or fly over its airspace so we are having to drop off all the equipment in neighbouring countries and allow it to be transported via the ground after that. Unless the US has actually been carefully sneaking equipment ‘directly’ into Ukraine, this report from the Russians would make no sense.
