  1. This is really great news going forward. I’m so proud of my nation for finally taking the first leap in giving modern Challenger 2 tanks. I hope the training can truly take no more than two months. Even in small numbers, these tanks are so effective they could still be a game changer in small areas. Let us hope Leopard 2s will follow suit real soon. Ukraine, Britain and all of us have got your back.

Hopefully this will happen after the first batch of training and tanks to Ukraine have been completed so we can know if it’s effectiveness and how well the crews get on with a compressed training course, while still maintaining the standards necessary that the British Army would sign off on. Let’s get this done ASAP.
